For the S&T Slovenija company, one of the leading providers of comprehensive solutions of information technologies for over 25 years, we have developed a website reflecting both the wide range and quality of their services.

Advanced SEO optimisation
We develop advanced society. Together.
Where the B2B buyer hangs out is no longer a mystery. They still visit trade fairs and are willing to take your business card. But the very next day they sit down and search Google for keywords they are interested in. The question you should ask yourself is where do you appear on Google among the results.
That was a business challenge which we wanted to address with S&T. The company already had a website, which was not optimised effectively. A potential buyer, who searched for informational solutions online, had already got a list of potential providers before they reached the S&T website. When someone did actually find them, they were faced with an old, user-unfriendly website with content that did not match the company image of S&T.
From challenges to solutions
We defined 2 key objectives – setting up a new, clear and contemporary website with great user experience and SEO, which would place the company online, at the top where it belongs (i.e. among the first results on Google). The S&T company wanted the new website to reflect some of the key characteristics of their business.
- S&T is a leading provider of IT services in Slovenia, providing complex technological solutions for medium and large companies.
- A wide range of references, collected over 25 years.
- Professionalism, responsibility, reliability and responsiveness,
- care for employee development and their competencies.
- Following global trends in technology development
Connecting with target groups
We approached the website development by the waterfall method. It is a linear approach taking us through various work phases, whereas only a confirmation of one phase enables the beginning of the next one. We organised a series of discussions and workshops to learn about target groups; based on collected information, we drafted personas to help us understand the target groups.
Website Design
Our designer considered the global design trends and prepared a contemporary and clean design proposal according to the existing style guides. We wanted to create a website that can “breathe”, has a lot of white space and allows the visitors to find the information they need quickly.
Challenges, challenges, challenges
During the website building, we faced several challenges, among them being the navigation optimisation, because of the large content volume. We approached the challenge with the card sorting method. Using a series of testing, we placed the information in such a way that the users can get to it immediately. The card sorting method contributed to building a clear structure for the website and an excellent user experience.
We put people in the centre
We focused purely on users so that we could provide the answers to their questions in the shortest time possible. We have made sure that navigating the website is quick and simple and all key information is clearly displayed. According to the client’s wishes we placed the references, satisfied users’ testimonials and business partners’ statements in the website’s main focus area.
The new website was just a beginning
We built the website on WordPress, since the client wished to simply add and edit SEO content. We also performed advanced on-site SEO optimisation and provided monthly off-site SEO optimisation. The new website tracks a lot of organic visits, leading to more inquiries and new clients.
